Small Changes Make Big Differences

Born and Raised on Vancouver Island, was the BEST gift ever! Growing up in a slow paced environment gave me an opportunity to really enjoy and connect with the outdoors and the lovely people who surround me. Throughout my life, I have always been drawn to holistic anything! I furthered my studies on account to help others, as I feel I came to this earth to provide healing. I have been in the health care field for many years and have enjoyed every moment. I was finding though, listening to the many comments, stories from various people, I needed to do more to help out in the world. This is where Hypnotherapy and Reiki came into the picture. I feel, they found me.

With many years of interacting with all sorts of people and their personalities, I believe I can be a strong asset in your healing path. I can show you tools, to assist you in choosing a more balanced and fulfilled life you have always desired. I’m really looking forward to chatting with you, even if its to release anything you have on your mind.

Love and Light,

Rhonda

"My belief about myself, determines my behavior"

If you were to ask my family, friends and current clients, they would have a bundle of background history to tell of me, but let's keep this quick and informative.

Most of my life was not full of self-love and passion for exercise.

No. That came after finding myself spending 730 days of intense counselling, pain and growth. I had been through many years of mental, verbal and physical abuse in relationships. Years of high-strung emotions and drug abuse. Along with many health issues such as Bi-polar, Hashimotos, endometriosis, hysterectomy/menopause among many others.

That's not how I define myself though. All of these lessons and life experiences led me to become someone who overcomes these challenges daily and wanting to help others in need.

A type of healer, per-say.

How? Well I found the love of exercise 7 years ago. Watched how it reduced my anxiety, chemical imbalances and gave me a healthy way to get out my stress/emotions.

I went to school to be certified in 2015 to work in public gyms. However, quickly realized these places made me uncomfortable and was NOT what I wanted to achieve.

I dreamed of creating a safe haven for those who wanted to work on their total all-around wellness. I did it. I worked long hours and built it. Collecting equipment, creating a private "at home" feeling gym. I have been running my business since 2016.

I am also presently back in school upgrading my credentials with knowledge for physical and mental rehabilitation among other specialty certifications.

To sum up, been training people in fitness for 6 years. My outlook is to train and coach my clients in full mind, body and soul.

Private. Personal. Progress.
